Legal fees are typically charged on a 'flat fee' basis (excluding applicable taxes, disbursements and government processing fees which are extra) and the legal fee depends on a number of factors such as the type of application, complexity of the client's unique personal or professional circumstances, time sensitivity, country of origin and country of residence as well as grounds for inadmissibility and previous history with Citizenship and Immigration Canada and the Canadian Border Services Agency.

 

Ken is usually able to provide a fee quote for each type of legal services to prospective clients upon completing a consultation and assessment. 

 

The consultation fee is CAD$350 and a typical consultation takes approximately 90 minutes.
